Hi! I'm Amelia
a Science Communicator based in Oxford, UK

Thank you so much for checking out my website! My name is Amelia, and I'm a Science Communicator. At the moment, I am the Communications and Public Engagement Coordinator for the Planetary Health Informatics Lab at the University of Oxford. Day-to-day, my work covers everything from running the lab's twitter, to creating publicity for their upcoming research projects, and delivering workshops which bring researchers, patients and the public together to make research better. Aside from my job, I've been focusing my research around how we can make science communication and science education more equitable and centre social justice - something I'm trying to put into practice in my job as well.
